Case Study Raiffeisen Group
Since the beginning of December 2004 the
Raiffeisenbank has trusted for its over 9'000 qualified employees
and partners when it comes to e-Learning in the i-qBox developed by
Comartis. Until then the Raiffeisenbank of Switzerland was more
focused on traditional seminars and workshops for further training
measures. The need for an online support in know-how managements has
arisen out of the following considerations:
- Know-how controlling: Quality evaluation
of training offers by means of feedback forms and quizzes
- Realization of blended learning – to
concepts with the goal projects and campaigns in order to increase
the sustainability
- To realize internal technical
certifications
- Compliance: proof of test results relating to legal regulation
(specifically money laundering law)
Thanks to big flexibility and short development time it was
possible in less than one year to generate an entire learning
platform that has build up on the already existing module of the
i-qBox e-Learning solution and that has brought in consideration at
the same time the customer’s specific needs.
The complete Case Study, published in "who is who in e-Learning
4.0" can be downloaded here (only in german available).

Torsten Maier, Director Compartment-/Sales- and IT-Education:
"The current tempo of the project starting in September 2004,
surprises me myself. We are on the right path to become more
professional in our field of activity and thus to contribute
significantly to the Raiffeisenbank Group of Switzerland."
