i-qbox With the New Module "360 Degree
Feedback"
For the recently published release, the i-qbox Human Performance
Suite has been enhanced with the module "360 Degree
Feedback". The new function allows for performance appraisal based
on self-assessment and also foreign assessment by supervisors, peers
and subordinates. The saved results may be printed as PDF-overview or sent by e-mail. The module
covers an evaluation method that is quite widespread in performance
appraisal. Thanks to its multi-faceted evaluation perspectives, the
module offers an integral, expressive overview.
The new module "360 Degree Feedback" presents an ideal
completion for the modules e-Testing, e-Survey or even Competence
Management.

The additional module "360 Degree Feedback" is the most
significant addition in the new release, but not the only one. The
following features offer new options to current and future i-qbox
customers:
1. LMS Now With Integrated Forum
The Learning Management System
(LMS) of the i-qbox features a new forum that is conveniently
managed through the administration interface of the i-qbox. With the
next release in June, you will have the possibility to specifically
assign forums to curricula, classes, users etc. This development is
based on our conviction that forums are only useful if they are
closely connected to the respective learning topic.
2. HTML Editor With Spellchecker
A new HTML editor for texts, test items, survey pages
etc. is available. This editor allows you to use and format
HTML elements including tables, links and spellchecking in
the familiar environment of an editor window. The new function also
supports the creation of e-Trainings in the i-qbox without the help of other
external editors.
3. Player for SCORM Multi-Module
WBTs
As of now, the i-qbox features an integrated
SCORM player with clear navigation. SCORM (Sharable Content Object
Reference Model) is an international standard based on XML, allowing
for easy exchange and reutilization of web-based learning content.
SCORM packages that consist of several learning modules can now
be imported into the i-qbox and then be provided through the
learning platform. The participant's working status of the various
modules is directly displayed in the navigation menu.
4. Anonymizer Reduces the
Number of User Licenses
In order to save the general statistical data of inactive
employees without unnecessarily straining the number of licensed
users, old users may be anonymized. The old user is deleted and
replaced by an anonymous user. The anonymous user can then only be
accessed in the context of reports. Through this minor addition, we
support our customers with saving license costs for inactive users.
It is our pleasure to help our customers saving costs, even when
considering that the i-qbox is characterized by a very advantageous
cost-performance ratio.
