European
IT Computer License (ECDL).
The ECDL license is recognized in 148 countries and verifies an individual’s computer IT knowledge.

Certification service providers as well as internal organizational departments supervised the execution of e-assessments.
The
DLGI in Germany uses the advantages of the
i-qbox Human Performance Suite

Handicapped people can also use the services of DLGI:
ecdl-accessible. All
impediment-compensating technologies and techniques can be used
during a test. For the blind, there are ECDL tests, which can be
answered without a mouse and which allow certain tasks to be
performed with the help of special software (shortcuts). The exam
software also enables the use of Braille and screen readers. The
deaf may have a sign interpreter accompany them to their tests. For
their exam preparation, the blind can use online one of the teaching
programs specially developed for the EDCL by the German Association
of the Partially Sighted and Blind Pedagogues.
