In the course of its dynamic growth, Comartis AG is rapidly expanding its leadership team.
Since mid-February, Mr. Reinhard Anton has been working for the company as Vice President Business
Development.
Reinhard Anton has many years of experience in the international IT industry. His solution focus is in the areas of Internet software, e-learning, Rich Internet Applications, publishing, collaboration, multimedia and new technologies. Besides general management, his most important responsibilities include international executive functions in sales, marketing, business development, development of new branch offices in Europe, market introduction of new products and product lines as well as turnover increases for startups and well-established software companies.
In the course of his over 25-year career, Reinhard Anton has not only worked for such renowned companies as Hewlett-Packard (Product Manager EMEA Peripheries), Adobe Systems (founder and first General Manager of the DACH branch office for Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and Macromedia (Country Manager Switzerland), but also for various US Internet software startups and for a virtual management company which organized the establishment and development of European branch offices for US software companies (in executive positions at a European level in each case). His activity in Germany, Great Britain and Switzerland, his work for US software companies and his responsibility for German, Austrian, Swiss and other European branch offices have given him a very international focus.

Many New Enhancements to i-qBox
i-qBox continues to grow in leaps and bounds. A few weeks ago, we were able to deliver Release 5.270. In close cooperation with customers, many new and interesting enhancements have been effected and so, among other things, i-qBox has gained a new module which was specifically designed and developed to meet the needs of test centers.
The most important new i-qBox functions are:
- News is displayed in the administration interface.
- Global validity for all learning objects (when a learning object has been completed in connection with a curriculum, this status is immediately adopted in all other curricula in which the same learning object appears)
- New question types for self-assessment
- New fields in the user profile
- Awarding of certificates at learning object level
- Rearrangement of organizations in a tree structure
- New organization features (user roles, customer-specific fields)
- User role editor
- Merging of two users into one
- New random selection mode for test questions
The i-qBox will be further expanded. Numerous new functions are being planned or are in production.
