Release 5.520

Driven by the current focus on mobility, even in regards to e-Learning, and the increasing demand for more customization possibilities, this release of the Human Performance Suite delivers the following key features.

1. iPhone and iPad Compatible

The LMS user interface has been optimized to allow tests and surveys generated with the Human Performance Suite to be carried out over the iPhone and iPad.

2. Paper-based Assessment Module Capabilities Extended

Surveys and tests generated with the Human Performance Suite, whether as individual assessments or as part of a learning quality process, can now be printed out in paper format with the benefit of being able to be scanned back into the system on completion for evaluation. The question types covered by this functionality are single choice, multiple choice, Likert scale and survey text input field. The tests and surveys can be assigned or anonymous.

Furthermore, whereas previously, the scanned in answer sheet could only be processed and viewed as a TIFF image, it is now available in PDF format.

3. 360 Degree Feedback Capabilities Extended

  • Report Templates
Multiple tailor-made XML templates for the „360 Degree Feedback“ Report with their respective image files can now be uploaded into the media pool. Any one of these templates can then be assigned to a curriculum.
  • Consolidated Reports
For surveys which are repeatedly carried out in a class, the Human Performance Suite can consolidate the results from a freely defined period, and present them in a summary.  This permits a faster overview of the results over a specific time span.
  • Configurable Scale
The analysis scale used to present results in 360 Degree Feedback reports is no longer fixed to 1 to 6 but can be freely configured.

4. User-friendly Guest Access Course Registration

Visitors, who arrive over the guest access into the LMS, are now led through the system’s registration and login process once they wish to register for a course. After successfully registering, the visitor is directly sent back to the course registration page.

5. Import / Export of User-defined Fields in User Profile

Whereas before only the standard fields of a user profile could be imported or exported, this function is now possible with user-defined fields.

Further information can be found in the Human Performance Suite manual.  For any questions, please feel free to contact the Comartis team.
