Learning Quality Management to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of training measures.
Benefits
Determining the quality or value of something, even training programs, is very subjective. It relies heavily on personal perception, and as such the outcome will vary from person to person. A Learning Quality Management system can, however, bring some structure to the evaluation process. This in the form of Kirkpatrick’s four level learning evaluation model, which in sequential order measures the reaction towards a learning event, the actual amount of learning acquired, the impact of learning on individual behavior i.e. the implementation of the learning, and the results of learning on bottom line metrics. The results of which can help determine areas of improvement and ensure the alignment of training programs with overall strategic goals.
Key Features
The Learning Quality Management module allows for the:
Linking of quality measurement tools, including pre-tests, surveys, post-tests, self- and foreign evaluations and quantitative analyses, to blended learning events;
Flexible parameter setting of evaluation activities such as their participants and scheduling;
Tracking of the evaluation progress through the use of log files;
Exporting of data results for further processing in Excel;
Instant generation of tailored result and analysis reports;
Interfacing with other internal systems e.g. HR, MIS.
